Payment
We expect payments in advance. Sylvesse provides you two choices of Payment methods:
- Paypal
- Wire Tansfer (Bank Transfer)
The delivery of the ordered product is initiated only after receipt of the total payment of the ordered products.
Warranty
We grant a 2-year guarantee on our items, excluding damage caused by force or mistreatent, as well as normal wear and tear, e.g. broken chains or scratches.
Treatment
Each piece is unique in texture and color. The wood can change color over time, it might acquires a patina with offer new nuances. This change in appearance is not to be considered as a damage.
Preserve the beauty of your jewelry, wood needs care and delicacies. Avoid contact with water, especially while showering, cleaning and swimming in the sea or swimming pool. Avoid wearing the jewelry during sports activities, as excessive sweating can have a similar impact.
The wood we use is very resistant, it generally requires little attention. Nevertheless, we recommend that you regularly treat the wood with a natural oil, in small quantities using a soft cloth. The wood will take on a more intense color.
Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, all items shown are available for immediate delivery. After the payment is received the item(s) are dispatched within 24 (twenty-four) hours. If there is no stock, the delivery time is extended by a maximum of three weeks.
Delivery is free shipping worldwide. We ship orders placed in Switzerland with Swiss Post. Generally you can expect the shippment within 2-3 days. International Orders will be sent by UPS, the delivery times vary , but will be around 4-5 days. When calculating the delivery time, please consider the time needed for processing the order and for the payment to be received (in case of bank transfers).
Return of products
In the event of a legitimate return, the customer must contact Sylvesse, who will organize the return shippment. In this case Sylvesse sends the customer prepaid return labels. Sylvesse will bear the costs of returning the goods if the customer uses the freight prepaid return label.
